BUTIFOUR® is a well-balanced, powerful solution based on calcium butyrate. Butifour® has proven beneficial effects on villi development in young animals as well as positive effects on gut health. In layers, Butifour® improves eggshell quality. Based on the customer needs and also sub-species that is in focus, Butifour® can be supplied as pure Ca-butyrate granulate or as a coated product. The in-house Impextraco® coating technology ensures that the calcium butyrate bypasses the stomach and is gradually released along the intestinal tract to perform its function. Another benefit of the coating is that the handling properties of the product are improved.

Application
