The interview was broadcasted live and they talk about the 2% growth of feed production.
According to the "Panorama da Produção de Alimentos para Animais de Produção da América Latina 2016", a study presented by FeedLatina, 75% of the total produced feed are dedicated to broilers, laying hens and pigs, the latter being responsible for the 2% increase.
According to FeedLatina Vice President Marcel Joineau, feed for pig farming grew by 9.6% compared to 2015, especially in Argentina, a country that grew 22% in 2015, accompanied by Brazil and Mexico, both with an increase of 4% in the same year.
